Executive Assistant/Event Manager

Nicole Mahon is the Executive Assistant and Event Manager for Choose New Jersey, New Jersey’s leading nonprofit economic development organization.

As the Executive Assistant, Nicole is responsible for supporting the President & CEO. As Event Manager, she executes all major events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and business missions, in collaboration with the business development and marketing departments. Nicole has managed New Jersey Delegation business trade missions to Ireland, India, and Israel.

Before joining Choose New Jersey, Nicole was the Executive Assistant to former Congressman Patrick Kennedy and congressional candidate Amy Kennedy. During her tenure,, she assisted with his nonprofit foundation, The Kennedy Forum, and maintained both of their schedules of national speaking engagements and day to day operations. She also coordinated events for The Kennedy Forum in Washington, DC and Hyannis Port, MA. Prior to that, she served as Director of Scheduling and Assistant to Governor Chris Christie.

Nicole graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
