Film and Digital Media Tax Credit

The Film and Digital Media Tax Credit provides a transferable credit against the corporation business tax and gross income tax for certain expenses incurred for the production of certain film and digital media content in New Jersey. The credit includes a 30% to 35% tax credit plus a 2% or 4% diversity bonus.
