Opened in June 1952, the J.F. Kiely Construction Co. building in Long Branch is where the company was first established. When purchased, the land was cleared by John F. Kiely Sr. and his son, John F. Kiely Jr., the Chairman of the Kiely Family of Companies. The original office for the company, located at 700 McClellan Street, is now joined by seventeen other locations throughout North America and abroad.

The once corporate headquarters of the Kiely Family of Companies is now home to J.F. Kiely Construction Co.’s gas operations, safety, training, and fleet departments. John M. Kiely, CEO of J.F.
