Breakfast: Eggo Homestyle Waffles

Eggo Company manufactures a variety of frozen food items, including its popular Eggo® brand waffles, at its manufacturing facility in Winslow Township, New Jersey. The subsidiary of food giant, Kellogg’s, Eggo plans to double the size of its New Jersey facility in response to the demand for its popular frozen breakfast products.

BEVERAGE: ARIZONA ICED TEA

Did you know that America’s No. 1 tea and juice-drink brand is based in New Jersey? Arizona Beverage company has been brewing Arizona® Iced Tea from its manufacturing and distribution facility in New Jersey since 2001. The company announced plans to double the size of its New Jersey production footprint to roll out new products this year. Arizona’s famous “Big Can” drinks, including 99-cent favorites such as Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey and Arnold Palmer Half and Half, are sure to quench your thirst and meet your mid-day caffeine needs.

LUNCH: CAMPBELL’S TOMATO SOUP AND GRILLED CHEESE

There’s nothing quite like the classic pairing of Campbell’s Tomato Soup with a savory grilled cheese sandwich. Campbell Soup Company has been headquartered in Camden, New Jersey home since 1869. Today, it has annual sales of approximately $8 billion. More than 90 percent of U.S. households has a Campbell’s product in the kitchen. In addition to the ever-popular soups and sauces marketed under the Campbell’s® brand, the company’s products include Pepperidge Farm® breads and cookies, V8® beverages, Swanson® broths, Prego® pastas and other family favorites.

Goya unveiled a new, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters and distribution facility in Jersey City in April 2015, as part of a $250-million investment at its three New Jersey facilities. It was the largest investment in the family-owned company’s history and clear evidence that Goya is “at home” in New Jersey. The new Secaucus plant has a net zero carbon footprint and is equipped to manufacture and distribute more than 4 million cases of Goya products annually. An innovative continuous motion line produces 600 boxes of Goya’s rice mixes per minute at a rate six times faster than the company’s past production capability.

Mars has called New Jersey home since the 1940s and has been making M&Ms® in Hackettstown since 1958. The company, which celebrated the 75th Anniversary of the popular “melt in your mouth” candy in 2016, manufactures more than half of North America’s M&Ms in Hackettstown.
