Teva Pharmaceuticals inks Parsippany lease
Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. has inked a long-term lease for 345,000 square feet at P3 Properties at MCBLUE in Parsippany.
MCCBLUE, formerly known as Morris Corporate Center III, is a Class A, 541,000-square-foot commercial office complex comprised of four, four-story buildings connected by an atrium.
The pharmaceutical firm, which is relocating from North Wales, Pa., will occupy Building A, and a majority of Buildings B and D at the 182-acre MCBLUE campus.
The building owner was represented by JLL’s Executive Managing Director Frank Recine, Executive Managing Director and head of NJ leasing Timothy Greiner, Executive Vice President Blake Goodman and Senior Executive Vice President Fred Hyatt.
Teva was represented by Dan Johnsen, managing director with Cushman & Wakefield.
