Jen Lenhardt
Chief Administrative Officer
Jen Lenhardt is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Choose New Jersey, New Jersey’s leading nonprofit economic development organization.
Jen oversees all financial, operational, and human resources functions for the organization.
Prior to joining Choose New Jersey, Jen served at Boeing for 22 years. Her career was mainly focused in international business development managing the development and execution of offset programs in support of defense sales for international customers around the world.
Jen received her bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rowan University and graduated with a MBA from Lindenwood University in 2009. Jen has resided in NJ for most of her life and currently lives in Hamilton Square.
