Hallmark Channel announces 1st ‘Christmas Con’ is coming to N.J.; how to get tickets

Christmas enthusiasts, rejoice.

Hallmark Channel has announced the first-ever “Christmas Con” and the three-day convention is coming to New Jersey. It is hosted by This4Entertainment.

“Christmas Con” will take place Nov. 8-10 at the NJ Expo and Convention Center in Edison.

The event will feature a musical performance by singer-songwriter and actress Alicia Witt, photos with Santa, a “Christmas Market” and an ugly sweater contest. Wearing the ugliest sweater could win you up to $500.

Convention goers will also have the chance to meet Hallmark Channel stars like Melissa Joan HartJackee HarryLacey Chabert and more. “Christmas Con” has posted a list of confirmed celebrities here.

The convention ties in with the 10th anniversary of Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas movie marathon. This year, the network is also celebrating 40 years by airing a record 40 new holiday movies.

One day passes start at $35 for adults. Kids passes start at $10. Three-day passes start at $75.
